In 2023 I created Charm Body a specially designed program dedicated to uplifting your body, mind, and spirit through fitness.

MY STORY



I had 3 c-section babies, and my body went through drastic changes that negatively impacted my overall well-being. My body reacted to negative thoughts, and I had to accept another surgical intervention of uterus removal. Tough times, but it was on that hospital bed when I decided that I have to change something, so I started to sport…

5 YEARS AGO :
Even though I started fitness exercises I was trapped in a never-ending cycle of weight gain, lost sexual desire, and overwhelming daily routines. Despite trying countless diets and exercises, my efforts yielded only short-term success. I felt like I was losing myself, and time seemed to slip away.

SELF – CARE
I decided to embark on a transformative journey that would redefine my relationship with my body and overall well-being. I slowly started to reclaim my time, practicing self-care and reflection. I discovered the power of mindfulness and meditation, which allowed me to connect with my inner self and find solace amidst the chaos.

KID WISDOM
One day, my little daughter Thea innocently asked me why I didn’t smile while exercising, while she found so much joy in running and playing. Her innocent question struck a chord within me. I realized that true transformation couldn’t happen unless I found happiness along the way.

FREEDOM
I let go of shame and shared my journey and most intimate thoughts with my family, gaining their support. Setting myself free from the burden of fears, insecurities, and desires in front of my husband was a catalyst in my journey.

HAPPINESS
So it was not just about losing weight and getting fit but it was about finding joy in what I do…it was time to make peace with myself and nurture my mind, body, and soul…it was time to be happy.

ENJOY FITNESS
I embraced fitness as empowerment, not punishment and I nourished my body with wholesome foods and pursued passions that invigorated me…I have embraced a life of balance, joy, and holistic fitness.
